As a close-knit team, we pride ourselves on an honest and ethical approach, keeping in regular contact with our Tenants, and handling enquiries quickly and effectively. What sets our companies apart from others - we care about our Tenants and our properties, striving very hard to keep a happy balance between them.

All "profit" earned on our properties is ploughed back into their maintenance. We have a rolling programme of works which involves upgrading electrics and heating, redecoration, and installing double glazing, new kitchens and bathrooms where required.

Our Property Manager is easily accessible, unlike a portion of both private landlords and letting agents; in fact she is a short walking distance from most of our properties. Living locally and in rented accommodation herself means she is in tune with the properties and tenant requirements. All too often, we hear complaints of not being able to contact the relevant personnel and of boilers breaking down and not being repaired for several weeks - we aim to rectify heating and hot water problems within 48 hours, and usually within 24 hours.

Southsea is an ideal place to live - it's within easy reach of all amenities, including the hovercraft to the Isle of Wight and scenic walks along the seafront. In fact, you can walk to almost everything you need within 5-20 minutes. It also has a Cosmopolitan feel, with lots of Bistros, pavement Cafes and Restaurants both in the heart of Southsea and at Gun Wharf Quays around the corner.

Our flats do not become available to rent very often. The majority of our Tenants, happy with the well maintained, good condition of our properties and the level of service provided, remain well beyond the initial fixed term.
